Nicole McClelland Bio

Nicole is passionate about Jesus and people. When Nicole was in Kindergarten, her mom was told by the teacher that Nicole possessed leadership qualities. Her mom hilariously replied, “You mean she’s bossy?” To this day Nicole and her family still laugh about that infamous story. Nicole may have started out as a bossy youngster, but has since grown into a loving, grace-filled leader. People value her ability to listen, inspire, and empower them to thrive in life.

Regardless of the context she finds herself in, Nicole can’t help but motivate growth in those around her. This has been true of her on her athletic teams, in friend groups, as well as in her careers. Nicole’s first profession was with an international non-profit, investing in teenagers and college students. Subsequently she then launched a media company with her husband. Her favorite part of her role is coaching the individuals within her business.  

Through implementing the Townsend model, Nicole has seen first hand the power of transformation in those whom she is coaching as well as in her own life. She could not have dreamed that coaching would cause so much growth, which is why Nicole loves to do it. Growth and transformation inside a person leads to an empowered and thriving life!

Nicole lives in Butler, Ohio with her husband Chris. They enjoy leading together in both business and at church.  Nicole and Chris love time with friends, the outdoors, traveling and good books.
