Nancy Bartolec Bio

Nancy Bartolec has 30 plus years of experience in organizational leadership and coaching. She is a proven leader, skilled in helping others grow and develop in ways that increase desired results in their organizations and personal lives. Nancy is undeterred by messy situations and helps untangle problems by getting to root issues. She is a strategic thinker, gifted in shaping healthy organizational culture centered around trust. Nancy values your personal experience, vision, and dreams. Her agenda is simply your best you and your best leadership. Though a caring friend and advocate, she won’t ignore problems and deals well with reality in a context of grace and truth.

Nancy was part of the inaugural class of the Townsend Institute, where she completed her master’s in Organizational Leadership and received her certification in Advanced Executive Coaching. Her capstone focus was “Tactics for Organizational Leaders to Rebuild Trust Eroded by Misaligned Belief Systems”. She received her undergraduate degree in journalism from Ohio State.

Nancy is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has leadership experience at the local, regional, and national levels of a multinational, worldwide non-profit. She currently serves as Director of Holistic Care for the Aruna Project, a non-profit human rights organization creating a pathway to freedom for the sexually enslaved.
