Grant Scott Bio

With over 30 years of experience in leading, coaching and consulting teams and leaders in the non-profit sector, Grant can attest to the fact that performance barriers and plateaus are inevitable for any individual and team.  Grant is motivated to help individuals and teams identify and reverse this inertia to excel in their mission and experience joy in seeing their desired goals being attained. Grant’s career has been in the context of a national and worldwide organization in which he has been successful in navigating their inherent complexities including multiple leadership levels both from a distance and in-person. 

Successful leaders understand that without trust organizations will falter, stall or ultimately fail to fulfill their vision. Trust is built and sustained by leaders who are able to communicate a clear vision and have the character to live out their personal or organizational values consistently.  Grant is passionate about coming alongside growth minded leaders to help identify and clarify their vision, strengths and values as well as developing their character to live them out so that they can live without regrets.

Grant lives with his wife, Denise, in Knoxville, TN along with their three children:  Aaron who will be starting his junior year at Purdue University, Abby who is starting her senior year in high school, and Josh who just started his freshman year in high school.
